James's expertise will be instrumental in managing key aspects of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the timely completion of financial statements. In his role, James will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including accounts payable, cash receipts, invoicing, payroll, asset management, journal entry, inventory reconciliation, and benefit administration. Each duty and responsibility will be executed with a high level of precision and attention to detail, aligning with Blasch's commitment to excellence. James brings a unique blend of educational background and professional experience to the team. He holds a Bachelor of Music from SUNY Potsdam and a Master of Science in Accounting from The University at Albany. His academic achievements, coupled with his previous roles as an auditor and Fiscal Director, position him as a valuable asset to our accounting team. Blasch Precision Ceramics is excited to announce the addition of Jennifer Tarantino, who will be joining us in the role of 2nd Shift Quality Assurance Technician. Jennifer's commitment to maintaining high standards align perfectly with our dedication to delivering top-notch products. As a 2nd Shift Quality Assurance Technician, Jennifer will play a pivotal role in assessing and maintaining the quality of both new and existing products. Her responsibilities include conducting part and process inspections to support production quality, supporting and training QC inspectors, and investigating quality issues to assist with process challenges and improvements. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, Jennifer will assist in implementing process control methods and tools in production. Additionally, she will conduct quality ISO audits as required and remain vigilant for quality issues, actively participating in their resolution and communication. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, demonstrating her analytical and problem-solving skills. She is currently working on a Master of Science in Imaging Science, showcasing her dedication to staying at the forefront of advancements in her field.
