Blasch Announces Key Promotion: William Russell Elevated to Executive Vice President of Business Development

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in Blasch's journey of growth. Following an exceptional period of revenue expansion, William Russell is stepping into a new role as Executive Vice President of Business Development.

In his new capacity, Will will take charge of all business development endeavors, generating success by creating a dynamic and inspiring environment. He will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Technical Business Development departments, and will be responsible for crafting annual sales forecasts and implementing strategies to ensure the attainment of our revenue targets. A key aspect of Will’s role will involve leading Blasch’s Strategic Growth Initiative, assessing new opportunities, and ensuring a robust pipeline of meaningful projects to drive long-term growth.

With over 14 years of dedicated service to Blasch, Will’s career has been marked by a series of leadership positions, starting as a Design Engineer, and progressing through roles such as Engineering Manager, Technical Business Director, and most recently as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. His promotion reflects not only the company’s recognition of his exceptional contributions but also his embodiment of Blasch’s core values: Passion, Innovation, Relentless Pursuit of Results, Ownership, and Respect-Teamwork. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Will’s commitment to continuous personal development is evident through his academic achievements, including a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Systems Management from Union College, and completion of the prestigious Program for Leadership Development at Harvard University.
